Research shows that 36% of buyers heard about the home they purchased through a real estate agent. In the Atlanta real estate market, approximately 85% of all sales are co-brokered, meaning there is a listing agent and an agent representing the buyer. I will market your home to the extensive agent community using the following:

  • First Multiple Listing Service (FMLS) – Your property will feature professional photos, as well as links to virtual tours, brochures and more. Brokers who are members of FMLS participate in a reciprocity agreement that ensures that my listings will be found on every other real estate firms’ web site and vice-versa.
  • Direct Mail – Full color postcards mailed to the leading agents.
  • Email – Regular email contact with virtually every licensed agent in Buckhead, Brookhaven, Sandy Springs and Vinings, as well as agents in East Cobb, Roswell, Alpharetta and Dunwoody.
  • Caravan - Invitations sent through FMLS, Caravan Services and email. I will use creative techniques to solicit critical agent feedback.
  • Property Brochures - Nothing can slow momentum of a potential sale like the inablity of buyers to obtain important information about the property. I will create a comprehensive brochure that includes floor plans, photos, detailed room descriptions, utility costs, taxes, survey, seller’s disclosure statement, home warranty (if applicable) and more.   • Reverse Prospecting - Established by FMLS, this is a registry created by agents of their buyer clients’ desires for a new home. Promotional information will be sent to these agents when there is an appropriate fit.

Full color postcards will be mailed to a database of more than 2,500 of Atlanta’s most affluent families. Developed over several years, this list contains Atlanta’s corporate leaders, physicians, attorneys, athletes, entertainers, wealth managers, venture capitalists, real estate developers, successful entreprenuers and many others.
